Carbo Load Healthful Meal
PAN SEARED SHRIMP OVER PASTA IN A MUSHROOM-OLIVE OIL SAUCE
Serves 7
Ingredients Directions
Main Dish
1.5 packages whole wheat penne
35 shrimp, large
3.5 cups fresh broccoli
2 large vine-ripened tomatoes
0.5 bunch basil, fresh
0.5 cup parmesan (optional)

Mushroom-Olive Sauce
1.5 cups olive oil, organic
2 cups fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoon garlic, fresh minced
1 dash sea salt (to taste)
Boil water and follow directions on box for pasta.

Saute olive oil, mushrooms and fresh garlic.

Toss in broccoli and put lid over to steam until vibrant green.

Drain pasta, put mushroom sauce over top and top with diced tomatoes and fresh basil.

Optional - if not mucous forming, top with fresh parmesan cheese.

Enjoy!

Maintenance Healthful Meal
TERIYAKI CHICKEN W/MASHED SWEET POTATO & SAUTEED ZUCCHINI
Serves 1
Ingredients Directions
Main Dish
1 medium chicken breast, skinless
1 tablespoon half & half
1 cup sweet potato
3 oz. zucchini, shredded
0.25 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon olive oil, organic

Teriyaki Sauce
1 cup soy sauce, low sodium
3 tablespoons raw sugar
1 tablespoon onions, diced
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Heat all the the sauce ingredients in a small pan on low. Mix occassionally. It will start to thicken, let cool a few minutes.

Cut the thickness of the chicken breast in half. Marinate, using half the sauce only, for 20 minutes then put in the oven on broil for approximately 3 minutes, turn for another 3 minutes. Watch closely to make sure the glaze does not burn. Put remaining sauce over top after it has been cooked.

Baked the sweet potatoes with skin on and foil wrapped at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Unwrap foil shell out the insides and slightly heat your cinnamon and half and half, pour over the sweet potato insides and mash together.

Heat olive oil in a pan then pan saute' zucchini on medium-high for 1 minutes.

Recovery Healthful Meal
VITAMIN, MINERAL, ANTI-OXIDANT & AMINO ACID COMBO
Serves 1
Ingredients Directions
1 cup fresh berries
0.5 cups cottage cheese, large curd
0.5 cups yogurt, plain
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon Vigoral (omega 3, 6, 9 oil)
1 medium chicken breast, skinless
1 dash sea salt (to taste)
Work sea salt into chicken and grill.

Mix together cottage cheese, yogurt, honey and Vigoral and set in refrigorator until chicken is done.

Place berries in a large bowl, and put cottage cheese and yogurt concoction over the top.

Enjoy!
